Id go 80 dex if you're going to choose parry. I haven't played a Parry Mage in a very long time, but when i did the cutoff was 80 for max parry efficiency, i think below that it is severely skewed (Think exponential loss as you get less than 80). Maybe have a look at getting wrestling or anatomy on your mage? I think with Anatomy you get a significant defensive bonus, and with wrestling you can para/disarm also.
Archer looks great
55 Str is also killer, you will struggle alot with that, most people/monsters could one combo you which is never fun.
120 resist spells is also useless unless your an intense pvper, wouldn't bother with it. at GM resist para lasts 0 seconds anyways. Would be much better off putting it into Eval Int, which should always be as high as possible for a mage.
Some other thoughts:
-Provo/Disco (or both)
*Necro/Mage (Great for spawning)
